I thoroughly recommend Pilates as a form of exercise to anyone who has had a hip replacement. After my own joint replacement my physiotherapist suggested I try it to regain mobility in the new joint and strengthen the muscles surrounding the joint. With Heather’s careful guidance and determination on my part, I have regained complete balance, core strength and at least 90% mobility in my new hip.

COMMON COMMENT

Before doing Pilates, I used to see my Osteopath/ Chiropractor/Physio once a month - I haven't been back now for over 1 year.
